Supper at Yoko’s

The Red Sink Supper Club was formed 14 years ago as an excuse to share what I love…cooking.

“No recipes. Just spontaneous inspirations from my kitchen with a red sink…and other food adventures.” is what I wrote.

Unfortunately, The Red Sink went dormant when I pursued another interest - traveling around the world for a year. When we returned from our Travel Sabbatical, work and life became overwhelmingly busy and The Red Sink remained something of the past.

Until now! It’s 2025. It’s time.

Welcome back, The Red Sink Supper Club.

The theme, “Supper at Yoko’s, is an ode to my late mother - Yoko Kubo - a magician in the kitchen, whipping up something from nothing, feeding us homestyle Japanese dishes that you will not find at any Japanese restaurant.
